They are made of steel and are the same style used in Motortown City back in the forties when steel pans typically used for automotive parts began to be used to make Detroit’s versions of a Sicilian style pizza. Our pizza pans are manufacture using a stamped metal process similar to that that used to create the original parts using similar gauge steel.
