This stated warranty is limited to one replacement part per lifetime and is non-transferable under any circumstances. Zoncar, at our option, will replace or repair the warranty part free of charge, and then return the replacement part using the prepaid shipping label provided by the purchaser. For any Zoncar warranty claims requesting cross shipping (Zoncar ships replacement part while awaiting alleged defective part to be received), the purchaser is obligated to providing a prepaid shipping label to the shipping location and provide a 100% deposit based upon the retail cost of the item.
